Spok to Showcase Enhanced Portfolio 0f Emergency Response Solutions at NENA 2015
SPRINGFIELD, Va. (June 24, 2015) – Spok, Inc. today announced that it will demonstrate its emergency response technologies and solutions at the National Emergency Number Association’s (NENA) annual conference taking place June 27 to July 2 in Denver, Colo. Some of the Spok® solutions available include industry-leading, next-generation 9-1-1 (NG9-1-1) and enhanced 9-1-1 (E9-1-1), public safety answering point call-taking and dispatch console, emergency notification, and critical alerting.

Spok solutions also offer exceptional security capabilities and accreditations. Spok contact center, call recording and quality management, emergency notification, and 9-1-1 console solutions have passed the rigorous Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) certification and are listed under the Department of Defense’s Unified Capabilities Approved Products List. This accreditation means these solutions provide the level of security and interoperability required by the U.S. Government and the U.S. Military.
