Kyla Ugarek, Senior Instructional Designer

Kyla Ugarek has over 15 years’ experience in systems program management, education delivery, and design. This includes designing and supporting the contact centers, telemedicine, and emergency management programs at a growing hospital system. In that role, she developed business cases to implement various telecommunication workflows and systems to include MediCall® Suite and Spok® e.Notify. She served as part of the Spok Professional Services Group for seven years, where she designed and delivered blended learning experiences to empower organizations to administer and optimize their Spok solutions, as well as delivered ongoing education to users. Kyla now leads Spok Academy, Spok’s dedicated learning platform, where she continues to develop and deliver education that helps customers maximize the value of their Spok solutions.
