SPRINGFIELD, Va. (June 24, 2015) – Spok, Inc. today announced that it will demonstrate its emergency response technologies and solutions at the National Emergency Number Association’s (NENA) annual conference taking place June 27 to July 2 in Denver, Colo. Some of the Spok® solutions available include industry-leading, next-generation 9-1-1 (NG9-1-1) and enhanced 9-1-1 (E9-1-1), public safety answering point call-taking and dispatch console, emergency notification, and critical alerting.
“Spok has taken a major step toward helping our customers on their path to next-generation 9-1-1 by adding the highly advanced Solacom Guardian solution to the Spok® Safety Connect software suite,” said Terry Eby, Spok public safety product line manager. “We can now provide our customers with an integrated solution that gives them a smooth transition to next-generation technology and the enhanced response capabilities it provides.”
