Kathy Veldboom
Kathy Veldboom is customer experience executive at Spok. She has been with the company for more than 27 years in various leadership roles within customer support, and just recently agreed to lead the new customer experience program. She brings broad industry experience and passion to her new focus on the customer experience with all aspects of Spok, and serves as the voice of the customer to all internal teams including product design, development, implementation and support.
