John has more than 15 years of experience in software customer support, and more than 10 years supporting healthcare and wireless technologies. Although he received a degree to be a radiological technician, John has found his true passion is working with and supporting enterprise networks. His background includes working within hospitals; alongside IT departments for healthcare networks; assisting large wireless companies; and most recently, network communications among the three. John’s philosophy is to always trust in what you know and to strive to make a difference in the lives of others through knowledge and guidance.
