Jill Smith is the director of content marketing at Spok. She has more than 30 years of experience in the communications field. Prior to joining Spok in 2017, Jill spent nearly 12 years in the communications department at a Minnesota children’s hospital. She has a bachelor’s degree in advertising and public relations from Grand Valley State University in Allendale, Michigan, and a Master of Fine Arts in creative writing from Hamline University in St. Paul, Minnesota.
