Troubleshooting
Coverage maps display in a separate pop-up window.
If you use a pop-up blocker tool, the mapping window will be blocked and the map will not display. The mapping window must be ‘allowed‘ by applying one of the following:
- Add the following link to your popup guard settings Allow List: https://www.spok.com/solutions/paging-services/wide-area-paging/check-coverage
- Hold down the control key & click the ‘Go’ button.
- Disable the pop-up blocker software.
- Browser Privacy Setting Cookies are utilized to enable zoom/pan functions within the mapping window. If the Privacy Setting on your browser is too high, the mapping window will not display. The mapping window must be ‘allowed’ by adjusting this setting to a standard (medium) privacy level.
