Retirement/Income Protection: We want to help you plan for today and tomorrow, the expected and unexpected. To help you save for retirement, new employees are automatically enrolled in our 401(K) retirement savings plan, which includes 401(K) match with true-up (allows employees to receive employer matches that they would have otherwise missed out on because of 401(k) front-loading or because of uneven contributions spread throughout the year). Matching contributions are 100 percent vested after three years of service. We also offer life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment insurance, as well as long-term and short-term disability coverage.
Invest in Your Success: Spok offers all employees the opportunity to invest in the fruits of their efforts with an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP). ESPP is a convenient, cost-effective means of acquiring equity interest in Spok at a discount, allowing you to become an owner in the company, vote as a shareholder, and share in the dividends and stock price increase.
Work/Life Balance: We firmly believe that productive employees are happy employees, and that means taking time off to pursue what makes you happy. In addition to ten paid holidays, you can plan to take 15 days of paid time off annually, which is increased to 20 paid days in year three. Not to mention, PTO days roll over at year-end. We also offer flexible work schedules and teleworking/work from home options.
