Onboarding and implementation support
During Spok Go implementation, you can expect services such as:
|Customized project management||Management of Spok deliverables and resources, weekly project calls, and completed project documentation|
|Implementation support||Remote assistance for the implementation of and integration with the on-premise gateways to the Spok cloud platform to include up to two integrations (AD and SSO)|
|Organizational change management sessions||Four 1-hour working sessions to review organizational change management tools|
|Deployment and adoption planning||Four 1-hour working sessions to create successful deployment and adoption strategies|
|Training and education||Virtual training and education sessions that include two 2-hour administration training sessions and two 2-hour on-call scheduling training sessions|
|Adoption and optimization reviews||Adoption review 30, 60, and 90 days post activation to identify optimization opportunities|
|Nurse call workflow deployment*||Remote assistance with deploying one pilot unit with four distinct workflow such as one code blue, a secondary code workflow (staff emergency, code pink), an urgent call workflow (staff assist, bed exit, bath assist), and a non-urgent call workflow (patient normal, need water, go to toilet)|
|Order workflows deployment*||Remote assistance with deploying one pilot group with up to two workflows. These workflows can be delivered to a staff assignment or an on-call schedule|
|Radiology or laboratory workflow deployment**||Remote assistance with deploying one pilot group with up to two workflows for either radiology or laboratory. These workflows can be delivered to the HL7 provided recipients, a staff assignment, or an on-call schedule|
