Support from Planning Through Deployment
Spok’s team of certified project management professionals (PMP) draw upon years of experience when helping you navigate the five main stages of project implementation.
Pre-Implementation: During pre-implementation, Spok’s project manager will meet your subject matter experts to discuss project requirements and develop a project schedule / timeline.
Solution Design: Next, the project manager works with your organization to design a solution that will meet your key business objectives for a successful project.
Technical Setup and Testing: Our staging technicians install and configure servers, verify remote access, and perform testing.
Training: We provide several options for end-user training, from remote webinars and tutorials to full onsite classes for your staff.
Go-Live: From the pre-go live checklist of responsibilities through technical implementation, we work with you step-by-step to activate your Spok system using a detailed action plan.
Customer Acceptance: Following the activation of your solution, the assigned project manager continues to work closely with you to track any open items through resolution. We ask for your acceptance that the project deliverables have been provided as expected and then the project manager assists with transitioning your project from our Services team to Spok’s Technical Support Team.
When you purchase additional solutions or upgrade your existing ones, our staffing model will always try to assign the same project manager for your new implementation, giving you continuity with someone who already understands your infrastructure, people, and processes.
"“During our installation process the Spok team was excellent and could answer all our technical questions. They kept the project moving, provided excellent communication among all parties, and were fabulous providing additional component information.” "
