SPRINGFIELD, Va. (September 29, 2015) – Spok, Inc. will be welcoming leaders from more than 100 hospitals to Connect 15, its annual conference in November for healthcare professionals. Taking place this year in Nashville, Tenn., the event provides a lively forum for Spok customers and industry experts to share innovative ideas and best practices, and discuss trends in healthcare communications.
“Our Connect conference is all about collaboration,” said Vincent D. Kelly, chief executive officer of Spok Holdings, Inc. “It’s an invaluable opportunity for Spok to learn from our customers, for our customers to learn from each other, and for all of us to spend time planning for the future of healthcare communications.”

A leader and innovator in the healthcare communications field, Dr. Butler will be sharing his thoughts on where the industry is headed in a keynote address titled “Healthcare 2.X: The Magic Ahead.”
The event will feature sessions on improving caregiver workflows, creating and supporting a mobile-ready hospital, tackling “bring your own device” (BYOD) programs, and coordinating emergency response.
