Chief Quality Officer and Physician Advisor at TidalHealth, Christopher Snyder, DO, shares his in-depth lessons learned during a workflow improvement project in the ED using Spok Go® as the primary communication tool for the care team to coordinate patient admissions.

Hear how the project led to improved communication between the ED physicians and hospitalists, which not only decreased wait times for patients but increased provider satisfaction. Snyder shares how TidalHealth overcame two key challenges: facilitating timely patient admissions and communicating timely information to the right provider at the right time through the right device, all while being HIPAA compliant.
