Jason Fratzke

Jason J. Fratzke, RN, MSN

Mr. Fratzke serves on numerous Mayo Clinic enterprise and Rochester committees and provides nursing leadership to help develop and integrate information management, data governance, analytics, informatics, and information technology, while building greater interoperability and health information exchange to align closely with Mayo’s future direction. He graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and received his Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Minnesota. Presently, he is pursuing his Ph.D. in Nursing Informatics at the University of Minnesota.


Christopher Sharp

Christopher Sharp, M.D.

Chief Medical Information Officer,
Stanford Hospital & Clinics

Dr. Sharp serves as Stanford Hospital & Clinic’s chief medical information officer. In this position at Stanford, Dr. Sharp has responsibility for driving the enhancement, expansion and ongoing refinement of all clinical information systems. Dr. Sharp manages the physician team of medical informatics directors overseeing the content, design, and workflow in use of clinical information systems. He is also a practicing general internal medicine physician at Stanford. In addition, he has clinical leadership for key electronic health record initiatives, including the extension of Epic to foundation and other community physicians, provider and staff clinical informatics proficiency and education, health information exchange, patient and referring physician portals, and upgrades of clinical information systems. Dr. Sharp has held lead roles in clinical technology transformation at Stanford since 2006.


Billy Willis

Billy Willis

Duke Hospital System

Billy Willis is currently the CTO of Duke Hospital System responsible for strategic planning, deployment support of critical IT infrastructure, application management, and integration services across the enterprise. He has 30 years of IT experience and is a proven leader of high-performing teams. Among his key leadership roles have been Deputy CIO for the State of NC, Global VP of IT for Cable and Wireless, CTO and VP of Engineering for Interpath Communications, and Vice Provost of IT for NC State University. Mr. Willis has had responsibility for operational areas including systems engineering, enterprise architecture, telecommunications, security, application development, and customer support. He holds a B.S. Engineering and a Ph.D. from North Carolina State University.
